During Gitex 2021, Redington had a large footfall on their stands and required an interactive means of gathering visitors’ information to retain potential leads without having to personally ask each visitor for their information.
This requirement employed the Sanbot Max robot with a custom solution to collect visitor information when interacting with the screen on the robot. The humanoid robot with the custom solution from Reliable Robotics enhances the customers’ experience at the stand by captivating their attention and gathering data in an effective and fluid manner.
Customers were instantly engaged with the humanoid robot standing 145cm tall in the center of Redington’s stand. Its sensors assess the crowd around it before moving through it and analyzed their queries before responding to them.
